Return Policy

Return – Refund/Store Credit

Return for refunds must be completed within 60 days from date receipt. Returns for a refund must be accompanied by the original invoice and packing slip or verifiable receipt date. We would also require a reason for the return, as this can help serve our customers better in the future. Returns for a refund must be in sellable and original condition: items that have been used, worn, or do not have the original price tag, will be accepted and a refund will be given only upon the approval from an EFINGER manager.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon inspection, you will be notified via email of your refund. Please allow one to four weeks for your credit or refund to arrive.

Return – Exchanges

Exchanges must be completed within 30 days from date receipt. To exchange a product from EFINGER you must have the original invoice and packing slip or verifiable receipt date. The returned item must be in sellable and original condition: items that have been used, worn, or do not have the original price tag, will be accepted and the exchange will be honored only upon the approval from an EFINGER manager. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please allow two to four weeks for your exchanged product to arrive.

Retail / Ecommerce EFINGER Approved Reseller

If you purchased your EFINGER products from one of our EFINGER Approved Resellers throughout the USA, the individual reseller’s return and exchange policies will apply.
